About the WCC
The Wookiee Cultural Center is much more than just a group of museums. It is a guardian of Wookiee culture, an advocate for the Wookiee people, and an active participant in struggle for the liberation of Kashyyyk.
We fight to free the Wookiees and their home planet on a daily basis. Our weapons are education and interaction. We know that once the people of the galaxy learn to look beneath our fur at the souls of our people that they will rally to our cause.
What You Can Do to Help
We don't expect everyone to pick up a weapon and join the Rebellion. What we do hope is that once you know the truth about our people that you will work in your own way to bring about positive change for Kashyyyk. Whether it is in the form of befriending a Wookiee refugee, freeing a Wookiee from slavery, or simply supporting the work of the WCC, any contribution will make a difference in the future of our people.
